Digital Marketing Manager – United Arab Emirates

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and drive our digital marketing strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, performance marketing, website management, marketing automation, and data analytics, with the ability to optimize campaigns for growth, engagement, and ROI.

Performance Marketing (PPC, Paid Media):

  • Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn
  • Develop paid media strategies and budgets to drive website traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.), and adjust strategies as needed to meet KPIs.

Email Marketing:

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and maintain customer engagement.
  • Segment email lists based on user behavior and preferences to ensure targeted, personalized messaging.

Website Management:

  • Oversee the daily management and optimization of the company website, ensuring it is user- friendly, mobile-responsive, and aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure that all website updates, changes, and improvements are made efficiently and meet best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Conduct regular audits of the website to ensure proper functionality, performance, and security.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancing user experience and increasing conversion rates.
  • Implement strategies for website optimization, including improving page load speeds, enhancing on-site content, and optimizing navigation and user flow.

Reporting:

  • Analyze data from Google Analytics, social media insights, and other performance tools to measure and report on digital marketing efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, web traffic, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
  • Use data to inform decisions, optimize marketing strategies, and suggest new initiatives to improve ROI.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the website.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools, track key metrics (organic traffic, conversion rates, etc.), and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality SEO-optimized content that aligns with our brand’s messaging and goals.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the site maintains strong search engine visibility.

Marketing Automation (HubSpot):

  • Lead the management and optimization of our HubSpot Marketing Automation platform to streamline marketing campaigns, customer communications, and lead nurturing.
  • Develop and execute automated email marketing workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation strategies to improve engagement and drive conversions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing automation efforts and sales objectives.

Social Media &Community Management:

  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
  • Develop and schedule posts, monitor brand mentions, and interact with followers to build a loyal community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, Email marketing, website management, and marketing automation.
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms is huge plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and website optimization techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
