Senior Marketing Specialist – Events & Industry Engagements

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Executive with a solid background in events management and B2B marketing. This role will require you to take ownership of the entire event lifecycle, from initial concept and strategy to post-event evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Execute ABM strategies targeting key accounts in key industries.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify high-value target accounts and tailor marketing programs to engage them.
- Create personalized campaigns and messaging to nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
- Measure and analyze ABM campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
Event Management & Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and execute industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site execution to ensure seamless events.
- Develop event-specific marketing materials and strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Follow up on event leads and provide post-event analysis to determine success and areas for improvement.
Customer Engagement & Retention:
- Develop campaigns for customer education and product adoption, including webinars and training sessions.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
- Analyze customer feedback, competitor marketing efforts, and market demands to inform strategic decisions.
Brand Strategy:
- Help maintain and enhance Fluid Codes brand presence in the market by ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing activities.
- Ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the company & overall brand strategy and values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years of experience organizing events.
- Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a huge advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events
