Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and creative Senior Marketing Executive (B2B) to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly experienced in planning and executing email marketing campaigns, organizing events & webinars, and creating compelling visuals and marketing collateral. You will play a key role in elevating our brand presence, engaging prospects and clients, and supporting our sales efforts with high-impact marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Email Marketing:
- Plan, develop, and execute targeted email campaigns for lead generation and client engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for improved open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Manage email automation tools and CRM.
- Events & Webinar Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure engaging and value-driven webinar content.
- Monitor attendee engagement and analyze post-event metrics.
- Marketing Collateral & Visual Content:
- Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, whitepapers, case studies.
- Collaborate with graphic designers or use design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) to produce eye-catching visual content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Campaign Support & Execution:
- Assist in the execution of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across digital, social, and content platforms.
- Contribute to campaign planning, asset development, and performance reporting.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, technical, and content teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and growth across channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the tech or professional services sector.
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Strong track record of managing and promoting webinars and events.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Must be willing and able to travel
