We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director- Regional Sales to lead and manage our Sales Team for Territory accounts and prospects. The Director- Regional Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth, enhance market presence, and achieve revenue targets.
1. Fluid Codes (FC) as a Ansys Elite Channel Partner cover whole Middle East and part of Africa and have several offices across the region. Sales Director should be able to lead, mentor, and manage the sales teams responsible for different regions across these several FC offices, ensuring team alignment with company cohesive sales strategy and objectives.
2. Establish and monitor key performance metrics, providing regular feedback and guidance to regional sales managers (RSM) and sales team members. Update the higher management regularly on progress made and KPIs.
3. Build strategies to identify and target key territory accounts and prospects, developing comprehensive sales plans to secure new business and renewals as well as expand market presence and enter to new territories. Aligning sales team towards developed strategies as well owning the overall revenue target are key activities.
4. Should be able to define and build a eco-system through placement of sub-partners or joint ventures to cover some of the countries in the region. This should be complementary to overall sales strategy and objectives.
5. Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and revenue projections comprehensively as well as region-wise.
6. Create, drive, direct and monitor the sales process in Salesforce CRM from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities on a quarterly basis for each regional team.
7. Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
8. Work closely with marketing and inside sales team to align the marketing and sales strategies towards achieving the company goals.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
10. Represent Fluid Codes at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and services.
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, mainly in software industry with at least 5 years in a
sales team management (>20 sales personnel) role.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth for Middle East market.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
