Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Director to lead business growth in engineering simulation services, drive strategic expansion, and manage the overall operations of QuantaSim’s regional office. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, technical consulting, and operational functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong business development mindset, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to drive engineering services, training programs, and technology development initiatives in the Middle East and North Africa.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in engineering simulation services, specialized training, and technology development across key industries.
  • Lead and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities and sustained business growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners, understanding their challenges and providing tailored simulation-driven solutions.
  • Identify and create new business opportunities, expanding QuantaSim’s footprint in high-value engineering consulting and technology-driven solutions.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting, providing regular updates on revenue performance, market trends, and business insights to senior management.
  • Oversee overall office operations, ensuring efficient coordination between sales, technical consulting, and administrative functions to optimize business processes.
  • Work closely with Fluid Codes leadership to align QuantaSim’s growth strategies with broader business objectives and explore cross-selling opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and other sales tools to track customer engagements, monitor sales performance, and optimize pipeline management.
  • Represent QuantaSim at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, positioning the company as a leader in engineering simulation services, training, and technology innovation.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop and deliver high-value simulation consulting and technology solutions, ensuring customer success and long-term partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications, Requirements, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in engineering simulation, software, or technical services.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth for engineering services, training, and technology development initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong ability to manage sales and operational functions in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation platforms.
