Job Summary:
Fluid Codes is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations within our organization. The role will be based in Fluid Codes Headquarter, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is key to building strong employee relationships, driving performance management initiatives, and ensuring the effective management of recruitment, onboarding, and professional development processes. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for overseeing compensation and benefits programs, enforcing company policies, and fostering a culture of learning and growth.
As part of the Fluid Codes team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR strategy and contributing to the overall success of our mission. We’re looking for a passionate HR professional who can lead by example, develop and implement HR best practices, and ensure that our workforce remains engaged, motivated, and aligned with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plays a pivotal role in maintaining positive employee relations. You will coach and provide guidance to managers and employees on work-related issues. In addition, you will support managers and employees by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a culture of trust and respect.
- Develops and implements systems to ensure clear goal setting, effective feedback processes, and structured performance evaluations. You will work closely with managers to identify areas for improvement and to implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and overall productivity.
- Oversees the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring salary structures are competitive and compliant with local regulations. Working in partnership with leadership, you will design and manage incentive programs that align with the organization’s strategic objectives while ensuring payroll and benefits processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Leads the hiring process by managing job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the selection process. You will also ensure new employees have a seamless integration into the company by designing and delivering comprehensive onboarding programs. Building relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies or universities, will also be an important part of this role to attract top talent.
- Ensures that company policies are up-to-date, clearly communicated, and consistently applied. You will ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulatory requirements, while also providing training to managers and employees on these policies.
- Identifies training needs across the organization and designs tailored learning and development programs. Collaborating with managers, you will help employees create career development plans to support their growth and career progression. You will champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development, ensuring employees have the tools they need to succeed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a master’s degree being an advantage.
- You should bring several years of experience in HR, particularly in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, and policy development.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools is essential, and you should demonstrate strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
